Texas International Engineering Consultants (T.I.E.C.) was established in 1991 to provide training, consulting, auditing and special processes qualification for the development and improvement of quality management systems. Additionally, T.I.E.C. offers customized training for Quality, Leadership, Safety, Environmental and many other topics. Texas International Engineering Consultants is dedicated to delivering services custom fit to its clients needs. With over 35 years experience, we provide a hands-on approach to assure our client receives practical, cost effective, real-world training, consulting and auditing services.

Executive Management

Mr. Ed Durante, the company president an engineering professional with over 35 years of experience in project management, engineering, quality assurance, training, and auditing in the nuclear, petroleum, industrial construction and manufacturing industries. He has worked for over 25 years with the American Petroleum Institute’s (API) Standardization Committees, serving as a member of the API Committee on Quality, Chairman of the API Subcommittee on Auditor Training and Qualification, and Chairman of the joint API and ISO Workgroup responsible for developing API Q1–8th Edition/ISO TS 29001; he is the most experienced API Lead Auditor. Mr. Durante is the instructor and author of the API Specification Q1 Training Program presented on behalf of API worldwide.
