Project Management includes developing a project plan that defines project goals and objectives, specifying how tasks and goals will be achieved, needed resources, budgets and timelines for completion. Quality plans are individually developed for manufactured products to provide critical controls to ensure specified requirements are met. Including witnessing of critical inspections, test, installations, commissioning of products and operation.

A Project Manager utilizing modern management techniques will oversee the execution of the project from start to finish to achieve the predetermined objectives of scope, quality, time and cost.

QA/QC Staff Augmentation

TIEC often performs the functions of a QA/QC/Technical Services Department for clients, providing a professional, cost effective alternative to full-time personnel without costly overhead burdens. We offer Quality System Maintenance by performing periodical audits to ensure all operations are in compliance with your requirements.

Welding/Welder/Welding Inspector Qualification

TIEC provides AWS SCWI (Senior Certified Welding Inspector) experience to assist you in qualifying your welding processes, welders, and welding inspectors. We can provide you with complete Welding Procedure Specification/Procedure Qualification Record (WPS/PQR) and welder qualification records as required by industry code standards. We also conduct "Welding Inspection Training" classes for your inspectors , available at the TIEC training center or at your location. Services also include: review & approval of existing welding programs for compliance, assistance on technical issues , and auditing of mfr. or fabrication facility capabilities.

Production Design and Analysis

TIEC provides service for product design and analysis, development of welding procedures, qualification of welders, assistance in equipment purchases, troubleshooting, failure analysis and technical writing.
